How do I know that I have the most recent version of PrayMore?

You do unless there is a notification at the top of the Feed that says that there is a new version available.

You can confirm that you are on Feed by checking the icon at the bottom left (1). It should be highlighted in blue. The Notification would be visible at the top of your screen (2). The example has the most recent version with no notification.
